Connecting Artistic Live Wires
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the arts in our community by providing programs, services, and resources that support all creative endeavors. Our mission is to encourage greater vitality and arts awareness, fostering a vibrant cultural environment where creativity thrives.
Our Programs
Mobile Gallery
We offer an innovative annual subscription service that brings original local and regional artwork into corporate spaces. Our rotating exhibition program installs new artwork every three months, refreshing blank walls with corporate-appropriate pieces that inspire lively conversations. Subscribers receive original works created by regional artists, while artists benefit from valuable exhibition opportunities and the ability to offer their work for sale. This unique program is available as a tax-deductible subscription, making art accessible while supporting our creative community.
Cultural Experiences
We organize enriching trips and tours that combine the performing and visual arts. Our cultural journeys include opera performances, visits to renowned art museums featuring collections spanning millennia, tours of historic botanical gardens, and exploration of iconic architectural landmarks. These immersive experiences offer our members the opportunity to appreciate diverse art forms while enjoying the cultural richness our region has to offer.
Community Art Events
We host annual plein air painting events that bring artists together to create work in public spaces. These community celebrations of creativity allow artists to showcase their talents, connect with the public, and exhibit their finished pieces for sale. Our events include opening receptions that welcome artists, friends, and the community to celebrate local talent and artistic achievement.
Our Impact
Through our diverse programs and initiatives, we create meaningful connections between artists, businesses, and the community. We believe that art has the power to transform spaces, inspire conversations, and bring people together. By supporting creative endeavors and providing platforms for artistic expression, we contribute to a more vibrant, culturally rich community where the arts can flourish.
